Freedom. This is the word that, for me, describes Vanda Scaravelli’s yoga.
Vanda’s approach focuses on the essentials but requires full presence, awareness, and listening.
The internal movement, which guides the postures during practice and frees our breath, arises from the intention to move toward freedom.
A simple concept that demands clarity, presence, sensitivity, and receptivity in practice.

In over twenty years of practice, I have integrated all my experiences, yet I feel that Vanda’s Yoga represents the roots from which many of my insights flourish.
